I’m Louise — Founder of Mindful People Ltd, a people-centred HR Consultancy, HR professional, advocate, and someone who truly believes that workplaces can be kinder, more human, and far more effective when we invest in our people.
For more than 20 years, I’ve supported organisations through growth, change, conflict, restructures, recruitment challenges and everything in between.

Why I Started Mindful People
After years in recruitment and HR, I saw the same pattern:
Companies promised great cultures but didn’t always deliver.
People left jobs they loved because they didn’t feel supported.
Managers were stressed, unsure how to help, and often overwhelmed.
I knew there was a better way.
Mindful People exists to bridge the gap between what organisations say and how people actually feel — through a people-centred, values-led approach to HR.
