As we step into a new year, I’m thrilled to announce the official launch of Mindful People HR & Recruitment on January 1st, 2026. This date marks not only the beginning of an exciting new venture but also a culmination of personal and professional reflections following my Mayoral year. It’s a venture rooted in a vision to redefine employee relations, embracing a calm, fair, and human approach grounded in conscious HR practices and thoughtful leadership.
Reflecting on the Journey
Launching a new company doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of months, if not years, of reflection and preparation. My time as Mayor provided me with unique insights into the importance of community, collaboration, and effective communication. It reinforced the idea that strong people and culture practices significantly contribute to the success of any organization.
During this period, I realized the need for flexible and considerate HR solutions that cater to the diverse needs of employees and employers alike.
